The Silkworm

The adaptation of Robert Galbraith’s novel, The Silkworm, starring Burke and Holliday Grainger alongside an all-star cast. Written by Tom Edge and directed by Kieron Hawkes, the two episodes of ‘The Silkworm’ aired on BBC1 in Autumn 2017.

When temperamental novelist Owen Quine (Jeremy Swift) goes missing, his wife Leonora (Monica Dolan) calls in private detective Cormoran Strike (Tom Burke) to bring him home.

Across the two episodes, the Strike and Robin (Holliday Grainer) investigate the disappearance of the provocative author, scouring all corners of London’s literary world to solve the case.
