Content Submission Guidelines
All photos, videos, text and other materials (together the “User Content”) submitted by you via our website at robert-galbraith.com or any of our related digital channels such as mobile apps and social pages (the “Site”) must comply with the content standards set out in these Content Submission Guidelines (the “Guidelines”). Any User Content that, in our opinion, does not comply will not be selected for sharing on the Site. Please note that due to the volume of User Content that we receive, we may not be post all submissions or respond to submissions that we decide not to post. All decisions relating to the selection and sharing of User Content is at our sole discretion.
Your User Content must be original to you except that you may include names, trademarks and other property belonging to and/or controlled by Robert Galbraith Limited and/or J.K. Rowling. For the avoidance of any doubt, such intellectual property may only be used to submit User Content to the Site.
Your User Content must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trade secrets, or trademarks other than as permitted by these Guidelines.
Your User Content should not be offensive, abusive, defamatory, insulting, degrading or threatening.
Your User Content must not violate any applicable laws or regulations or infringe or violate any rights of a third party.
Prior to submitting the User Content, you must obtain the written consent of any identifiable individual (other than yourself) featured in your User Content to allow us to use the User Content as set out in our Terms of Use. Where the individual is a minor, you must seek the consent of their parent or guardian. Content should not include any other personal data relating to you or any third parties, including addresses, email addresses, phone numbers.
We accept no responsibility for User Content that is lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed, destroyed, or undelivered regardless of the cause, including but not limited to equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
