The shortlist for the 2021 Crime Writers’ Association (CWA) Dagger Awards was announced this morning, Thursday 20 May.
Robert Galbraith’s Troubled Blood, the fifth book in the Cormoran Strike series, is in the running for two awards. Also nominated in this category are City of Ghosts by Ben Creed and The Postscript Murders by Elly Griffiths.
The Ian Fleming Steel Dagger, which recognises the book which best meets Ian Fleming’s essential criteria for a good thriller: ‘one simply has to turn the pages’.
